In order to achieve this DELBA ELECTRICAL has adopted a policy of making Quality a way of life by encouraging and promoting the theme

. In order to achieve this vision, we will strive towards the following objectives to ensure customer
Production planning and delivery will be in accordance with Customer Requirements
Reduce non-conforming product to less than two percent of total production per month.
To improve all communication between all customers and Delba departments, functions, activities and employees.
To contribute to profit objective of the organization by optimizing the direct cost of quality against the cost of potential losses, internal
defects, wastage, rework and warranties.
To minimize the risk of failure of quality performance of any product and/or service under specified conditions for a predetermined
period of operation.
To improve managerial and technical skills to install the need for self-discipline and attention to detail in all personnel in conducting
the activities in the organization.
This Quality policy will be reviewed on an annual basis for continuing suitability and improvement.
The organization and its employees will ensure and demonstrate that products comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements
applicable to the product. Products shall also meet their intended purpose, comply with stated specified performance criteria and
turnaround time in accordance with customer requirements.
The organization will not accept a contract/order where customer satisfaction is not possible to meet, for reasons or capacity limits, or
because it is beyond our normal expertise or any other reason (such as inadequate specifications, unrealistic technical or delivery
